This page covers the public RankBloom marketing site. Product-level privacy handling may include additional terms inside the application environment.
Information collected
The marketing site may collect basic analytics, standard server logs, and information you send directly through contact or signup flows.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the website, understand traffic patterns, improve product messaging, and route signups into the RankBloom application and its shared authentication system.
Third-party services
RankBloom may rely on infrastructure and authentication providers operated inside the Lumora Build ecosystem, including central authentication and billing services where applicable.
The public website directory
RankBloom publishes a public directory of scanned websites at getrankbloom.com/sites/. When you connect a website in the RankBloom application and its scan completes, that website gets a public page in this directory. You are told this on the screen where you add a website, before you add it.
What a listing contains. Only information gathered from the public pages of the website itself, plus analysis derived from it:
- the website's name, domain and address;
- an AI-written description of what the site does, its audience, its tone of voice, its keywords and content themes, and any products or services named on the page;
- Google Lighthouse scores (SEO, performance, accessibility, best practices) and an AI/agent-readiness verdict measured during the scan;
- technical facts observed while crawling — whether a sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, meta tags or security headers were found — along with the resulting suggestions;
- links to social profiles and key pages that are already published on the site.
What a listing never contains. No account information of any kind. Not your name, email address, workspace, plan, credit balance, billing details or usage. The directory runs on a separate database from the application, and the value that links a listing to the workspace that owns it is a one-way cryptographic hash that cannot be turned back into an account.
Not everything is published. A listing is only created when a scan produced enough substance to describe the site honestly; thin results are rejected rather than published. If a website's own homepage asks search engines not to index it, no listing is published for it at all.
Controlling your listing. On a paid plan you can hide a listing at any time from the site's page in the application. A hidden listing is removed from the directory, from its sitemap and from the machine-readable files for AI agents, and its page instructs search engines not to index it. The URL keeps working so that any existing links to it do not break, but it no longer shows the site's data. Hiding is remembered: it survives re-scans and plan changes, and only you can undo it.
Removal. Anyone — whether or not they hold a RankBloom account, and whatever plan they are on — can ask us to remove a listing by writing to support@getrankbloom.com with the domain. Deleting a website from your workspace also removes its listing.
Links. Links from directory listings to the websites they describe carry nofollow, so a listing does not pass search ranking signals in either direction. A listing is a description, not an endorsement or a ranking.
